Akidwa Choir Performance plus Wassa Wassa
The aim of this choir is to put a smile on the faces of all who listen to them! Akina Dada wa Africa (AkiDwA; Swahili for sisterhood) is made up of 8 women from various backgrounds and they sing and entertain so as to promote the culture of African and migrant women living in Ireland.
Akidwa is celebrating its 10th Anniversary from 12 – 23 September and we are delighted to share a performance with them as part of Culture Night on the last day of their anniversary celebrations. For more information on all Akidwa celebratory events taking place www.akidwa.ie
