Culture Night

World Dance

Swing your hips and tap your feet to a selection of dance groups from around the globe.  Percussion and dance group, Wassa Wassa, brings African beats and movement.  Bollywood dancing will be followed by classical Indian dance and the Tango Ireland Company performs Argentina’s native dance.  Latino dance is well represented with demonstrations of the Cha Cha, Meringue and Salsa.  Finally, authentic Bellydance from around the world will be performed by Valerie Larkin of Bellydance Ireland.
