Transport Information

Culture Night buses provided by our transport partner Dublin Bus

 

FREE BUSES will leave every 20 minutes from bus stops A, B and C, running from 6pm – 11pm on Culture Night. Please note that the last Culture Night bus leaves from the city centre at 10.30pm to be at the outermost venues for pick up at 11pm.

Travel with LUAS on Culture Night

 

LUAS PARK & RIDE

Green Line P&R at Balally, Beacon South Quarter & Stillorgan.
Red Line P&R at Red Cow & Tallaght Cross West.

 

LAST LUAS

The last Luas on Culture Night departs from the terminus stops at St. Stephen’s Green / Sandyford and from Connolly / Tallaght at 0.30am.

LUAS are offering 50 FREE TICKETS (Adult 1 Day All Zones ticket valid for unlimited travel on both Red and Green LUAS lines on Friday 25th September). These tickets will be issued one per person on a first come, first served basis and will be available to pick up in person at the Temple Bar Cultural Information Centre, 12 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 from Thursday 24th September at 9am.

 

Walk it!

All of the participating cultural venues are clustered together in a way that encourages exploration on foot. So why not put on your comfortable shoes and start visiting Dublin’s many cultural clusters.

 

On your bike!

Another free and reliable mode of transport around Dublin city on Culture Night is on your bicycle! Many cultural venues will have  bike parking facilities however please bring along suitable security measures just in case. Don’t forget the evenings are getting darker and to wear your helmet, bright coloured clothing and ensure your bike has a light and/or reflectors.

 

Drive it!

There are many city centre car parks located around Dublin. All car-parks operate on different trading hours so make sure to check the closing times before you leave your car. 24 hour parking is available at St Stephens Green and Fleet Street car parks. For more info visit

Irish Rail and DART
